Very Veggie Salad

This salad is full of vegetables and goodness, but you don't even realize it because it tastes so delicious, my kids even like it!




Very Veggie Salad

Serves: 8-10

2 Cups fresh Broccoli
2 Cups fresh Cauliflower
1/2 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Cup chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1/4 Cup grated Carrot
1 Cup Mayo (not miracle whip)
1/4 Cup sugar
3 TBSP Parmesan
4 strips of Bacon or 1/3 Cup of Bacon Strips
Combine all Veggies in a Large Serving Bowl, then combine mayo, sugar, and parmesan together and add to veggie mixture. Right before serving stir in bacon.




And "tada" you have a delicious way to serve everybody their daily serving of vegetables.
