2 Cups fresh Cauliflower
1/2 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Cup chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
1/4 Cup grated Carrot
1 Cup Mayo (not miracle whip)
1/4 Cup sugar
3 TBSP Parmesan
4 strips of Bacon or 1/3 Cup of Bacon Strips
Combine all Veggies in a Large Serving Bowl, then combine mayo, sugar, and parmesan together and add to veggie mixture. Right before serving stir in bacon.
