Spinach and Pasta Salad

I first had this at a baby shower. Then after the first bite I asked for the recipe. Not only is it delicious, it looks so pretty!
Spinach and Pasta Salad
From: My Aunt Kelli
Serves: 12-14
Time: 2 hours and 20 Minutes

Salad
16 oz Bowtie Pasta, cooked (You can use any kind of small pasta. No long noodle pasta.)
1 (10 oz) Bag Fresh Spinach
1 (6 oz) Bag of Crazins
3 (11 oz) Cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 (8 oz) Cans sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
1/2 C. Parsley, chopped
1 bunch of Green Onions, chopped
1/4 C. Toasted Sesame Seeds
6 oz Honey Roasted Peanuts

Dressing
1 C. Vegetable Oil
2/3 C. Teriyaki Sauce
2/3 C. White Wine Vinegar
6 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Mix dressing ingredients together. Mix dressing and cooked pasta in a medium bowl and marinate for two hours. Combine the rest of the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl add pasta and dressing and toss.
