Chili Con Queso

Serves: 10-12
Time: 4 hours
1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Clove, minced
2 Cans Chili (with or without beans depending on what you like.)
2 Cups Salsa
1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese
2 Small Cans Olives, drained.
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Cut the cream cheese into chunks (so it will melt faster). Place every thing in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 4 hours.
