Baked Southwestern Dip

This scrumptious dip has been a family favorite for years.  The recipe has been in our family for a long time, in fact  I would bet our ancestors where making it on the pioneer trails ;)  ... all joking aside, it is the easiest thing to make, yet so delicious, even the worst chef cannot mess it up.


These are all the ingredients that you will need:

Baked Southwestern Dip

Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes

1 (8 oz package) Cream Chees
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4- 1/2 Cup Salsa
1 1/2 Cup grated Cheese

Mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and cheese with hand mixer.  Put in baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve hot, with chips, french bread, carrots or any other veggies.
