I have been working on the perfect butter cream recipe. I am proud to say I think I finally achieved perfection. Sorry the picture isn't the best. But you all know what frosting looks like.
Kellie's Butter Cream Frosting
From: Kells
Time: 30 minutes
2 Cup Shortening
1-3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract ( I like more vanilla in mine)
8 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
In a mixing bowl cream shortening. Add sugar a cup at a time continue creaming until well blended. Add vanilla and whipping cream. Blend on low speed until moist. Then beat on high until the frosting is fluffy.

How much frosting does this make? Does it cover a whole cake? Is there leftover?
