We love Mexican food at my house. This goes down in the books as one of our favorites. The mixture of Chile and lime is amazing. This will definitely make your taste buds dance!

Makes: Ten Tostadas
Cooking Time: 5-6 hours
1 Can Diced Green Chilies
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 1/2 Tbs. Chili Powder
3 Tbs. Lime Juice
1 Onion Diced
2 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Can Fat Free Refried Beans
10 Tostada Shells
Other topping such as, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, olives, and guacamole.
Add chicken and onion to a slow cooker. In a bowl combine green chiles, garlic, chili powder, and lime juice. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Mix the sauce from the crock pot with the chicken. Spread warmed refried beans on tostada shells, top with chicken and other toppings.
