Baked Ziti

When it comes to Baked Ziti, I am picky. So I am posting the PERFECT Bake Ziti recipe. The great thing is this doesn't take all day to make. But don't worry, you aren't sacrificing taste for time. This also freezes well for those of you who make meals ahead of time.
Baked Ziti
From: Kells
Serves: 8-10
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 40 Minutes
Total Time: 1 Hour

1 lb. Ground Beef
1lb. Penne Pasta
2 24 oz. Prego Pasta Sauce
1 1/2 C. Sour Cream
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
4 oz. Each of Provolone, Mozzarella, and Fresh Parmesan. ( I used 12 oz. of an Italian Blend Cheese that had each of these in it)
3 tsp Basil
Dash Salt and Pepper.

Brown the meat with Garlic, Basil and salt and pepper. Cook the Penne Pasta al-dente according to package directions. In a bowl combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour in a 9x13 baking dish and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and cook 10 minutes longer.
